Our Classes

Looking for a fun and refreshing way of working out? The iokasti method approach is an original and unique dance and acrobatics-based fitness method that combines the intensity of a cardio session, the power of a functional training and the joy of movement.

DanceBody’s mission is to provide you with a fun and effective workout by infusing functional training with the joy of dance. It is a workout in which you strengthen your mind and body, with dance-inspired movements.

Ballet Barre is an elegant, low-impact workout suitable for all ages. Iokasti, a professional dancer with a long and established international career, has extensive experience teaching this class.

Creative calisthenics. This is a short, high-intensity workout. The method used involves high-resistance circuits with calisthenics elements, where no weights of any kind are used; instead, your own body weight acts as the load.

In this class we will use aerial devices, which have incredible benefits for your health, especially for the spine. Este tipo de entrenamiento es muy recomendable si eres una persona rígida o con lesiones.

Our fast-paced Signature class. It will increase your endurance and challenge your body while maintaining your energy levels. You will explore new movements without needing to learn a choreography in an eclectic training based on music.

Whatever your goal: toning up, losing fat, increasing strength and endurance, or simply finding your physical and emotional center, Iokasti will accompany you every step of the way to reach your goals.
