Whether you’re working toward a specific goal, recovering from an injury, pregnant, or simply want an extra boost of attention and motivation, the iokasti method personal training program is for you.

As part of your first session, you’ll chat with Iokasti about your health and fitness goals, and together you’ll analyze training options. With this information, Iokasti will create your completely personalized iokasti method program focused on helping you reach your goals.
We are here for you! To support you on your journey toward health and fitness.
Working in personal training sessions with Iokasti means she will get to know and take into account your strengths and areas for improvement when creating your routines. She will be completely dedicated to you, encouraging and guiding you throughout the entire journey until you achieve your goals and the body and health you deserve.
We have both private personal training sessions and semi-private sessions available, where you and a friend can share an hour of training with Iokasti. Private personal training sessions are scheduled Monday through Friday, based on your availability.
Iokasti’s goal is to help you not only reach your fitness goals but also maximize the results achieved and maintain them over time.
